Everything you get with Sirovi

A factory the team works in: the engineers it employs, what they remember, how they improve every night, and the control you keep over all of it. Installed on your machine, inside your repository, with your own Claude.

Control

Four questions every agent can answer about itself, at any time. Who is this. What does it own. What does it remember. When does it ask me.

Roles, not prompts

Each hire has a written brief, a scope and a way of working. It knows which files it may touch and which decisions are yours.

Escalations only

The agents bring you a trade-off, an unclear requirement, a risk. One or two a day, with their options and a default.

Evidence, not promises

Tests are observed, never assumed. A pull request arrives with the output of the gates, and you merge or redirect in one line.

Memory

Lessons are files in your repository. Each agent keeps its own, consolidated every night. You can read every line, correct one, and every agent works from the fix. Nothing is uploaded, pooled or trained on.

The night shift

Retrospective, consolidation, a 1:1 for each hire. The factory reviews its own day, keeps what worked and retires what did not. You read the summary in the morning if you want to.

Hiring

A two-hour tournament on your repository: candidates are generated, interviewed on real tasks, judged by a panel, tie-broken pairwise, then put on probation. The winner becomes a reusable role you can coach.

A hire request as the owner sees it. Steps one to three run on their own; step four is the first decision that is yours.

Every change is a pull request in your repository. Your review process stays exactly as it is.

Any stack

The hires learn your stack from your code. We run TypeScript, Vue, MongoDB and Heroku; yours may differ.
