Security

Safe because it is yours.

Sirovi is a personal software factory. It runs on your machine, inside your repository, with your own Claude. Nothing of yours has to leave for it to work: not the code, not the agents, not what they learn.

Most AI coding services ask for the opposite. They copy your repository to their servers, index it, and run their agents there. Sirovi moves in with you instead. This page explains what that means in practice.

Where the code goes

Other factories move your code. Sirovi moves in.

With a hosted factory your repository is cloned to someone else's infrastructure. It is stored there, indexed there, and read by agents you do not run. Every question about retention, access and jurisdiction starts from that copy.

With Sirovi there is no copy. The factory is installed on your computer and works in the repository that is already there. What travels to us is administrative: your account, a staffing request when you hire, a software update when we ship one.

Two drawings. Left, other factories: your code is copied from your machine to their servers, and their agents work there. Right, Sirovi: the agents work inside your machine, next to your code, and nothing leaves. Other factories Your code is copied out. Your machine Your code copied out Their servers A copy of your code leaves. Their agents work on the copy. Sirovi The factory works in your codebase. Your machine Your code never leaves Sirovi agents work here Nothing leaves your machine. Our agents work on your code, on your computer.

Your code has one home. The factory moves in.

Memory

Memory runs on your computer. It is your personal AGI.

Every agent writes down what it learns about your codebase, your conventions and your decisions. Those lessons are files in your repository, consolidated each night by the factory on your machine. They are never uploaded, never pooled with other customers, never used to train anything.

The more you use the factory, and the more agents you hire, the larger that memory grows. A three-week-old factory knows things about your repository that no new hire, human or model, could know on day one. That accumulation is yours, and it compounds.

Three spheres of growing size labelled week 1, week 2 and week 3: the memory grows with use and with every hire.
Figure 2.1 The memory in week one, two and three of a factory. Each node is a lesson kept; each new hire adds its own. The sphere lives on your disk and in your repository, nowhere else.

The model is rented. The experience is yours.

No lock-in

You are not vendor-locked. The agents and the memory are yours.

Your hires are files in your repository: their role, their rules, their memory. You can read every line, version it, and take it with you. Nothing about them depends on a server of ours being up.

If we stop working together, one thing stops: the self-improving algorithm. The nightly consolidation, the retrospectives and the hiring tournaments are the part we operate. Your agents stop learning at the point they have reached, and keep working with everything they know. You keep your personal AGI.

That is the opposite of lock-in. The longer you use Sirovi, the more you own, not the more you depend on us. It makes you safer, by design.

Leave tomorrow. Keep everything they learned.

How it works

How does Sirovi work?

  1. Standalone software on your machine. We give you a program that you install locally. It generates your agents on your computer, in your repository. No code transfer to our servers, ever.
  2. Your Anthropic key, your data path. The agents run on Claude through your own Anthropic account. You decide where the data goes, under the terms you already hold with Anthropic. We are not in that path.
  3. We never see your code or your IP. Because the factory works locally, nothing we operate has access to your repository. We cannot read it, index it, or be asked to hand it over.
  4. What we do hold. Your account, your staffing requests, and the software updates we ship. The self-improving routine runs from your machine against your files; our part of it is the method, not your data.
